I had great service. was able to get my bike right in and deal with a warranty issue right away. even found another issue i was un aware of and had that fixed as well and i was in and out back on the road the way it should be. jim had my bike right in and the mechanics fixed me right up. im very happy with the team that is presently there now. I contacted Ray from you parts department and requested some parts i needed. He was able to tell me that they were in stock in the quantity i needed and pricing. i went to Phantom to get the parts requested. Ray was more than helpful and gave me a few options. He was was also able to look up some other thing I was interested in while I was at Phantom. I was able to call ray back latter that day to confirm the part i needed and he was able to place the order for me at that time. Ray was more than helpful and made me feel like it was not the first time at your location. Thank you!!

Sarah in Motor Clothes has consistently taken care of my requests, ie ordered a face shield, got my watch taken care of, and orders me the H-D ceramic banks (I collect them), and anything else I need with a smile on her face and a genuine helping attitude. Jim, working under pressure doing Parts and covering for Service was able to take my bike in early, we were leaving on vacation and was scheduled while we were gone on vacation for covered maintenance service, took it in early so that it would be there for when scheduled even though they were short on space. I feel he took care of my needs in a very professional manner, even though I feel it caused him some duress.
